Care Instructions

Rugs

Hand tufted wool rugs are known to shed, so it's important to vacuum your rug often during the first month to avoid a buildup of lint and fibers. The shedding will start to decrease after the first month. Continue to vacuum your rug regularly to maintain the condition of your rug. This will help eliminate excess fibers and debris while also deterring moths.

In the event of a spill, lightly dab (no rubbing please!) the rug with a damp cloth. In the event of a stain, spot clean your rug with water and a mild detergent. Sprinkling baking soda on the stain afterwards will absorb extra moisture from the fibers in your rug. Vacuum away the baking soda after a few minutes. Please consult with a professional rug cleaner for deeper cleanings if needed.

Using a tufted rug as a bathmat is not recommended.

Blankies

Hand wash or machine wash cold on delicate cycle. Use mild detergent, no bleach. Line dry or dry on cool cycle only.

Prints

These prints are made from archival ink which means they're resistant to weathering and fading. Feel free to hang your print in direct sunlight or in a dark place that needs a little extra brightness :)
