We are a small business and all items are made to order, aside from the small inventory we have in stock, so we are unable to accept returns and exchanges at this time. Thank you for your understanding!
If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within seven days from the delivery date in order to either receive a replacement or a refund, as long as it’s not been used. All tags must be still attached and the item must be returned in the original packaging. Your item is not eligible for return if the product is already in use. The cost of shipping will not be included in the order refund.
All custom designs are final sale.
Packages shown as delivered with tracking but not received should be dealt with between you and the shipping carrier. Usually, it’s a tracking error and the shipment should arrive within a few days. We are not responsible for any missing packages that come with tracking and are marked as delivered.
For international orders, you are responsible for all additional customs charges.
